Ronni Bleich
Ronni G. Bleich, Chair of the Committee, is the Director of Title Operations for DataTrace, where she manages various title departments within the Northeast Region (NJ and NY), including co-ops, process improvement and quality control, title search, and exam/reading departments. Ronni received her B.A. from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and her J.D. in from Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, NY. She is admitted to practice in NJ and NY. She is also a licensed NJ Title Producer and NY Notary Public. She has over 20 years of experience within the title search industry. Ronni currently resides in Staten Island, NY. Outside of work, you can find her with friends and family or at home with her cat. She also loves (and misses) her cruise vacations!
Joan Alverson
For decades, Joan managed Operations Departments at Chemical Bank and First American. This Paralegal (Hofstra University) never envisioned transitioning to a role in Sales and Marketing. When the First American Branch closure was announced, Joan was offered the position of NYS Sales Director representing First American Equity Loan Services (based in Cleveland, Ohio) and never looked back. Eventually, sales were handled from Ohio on a national scale (2006). Joan’s working knowledge of the research required to insure clean titles led her to Abstracters’ Information Service (AIS) n/k/a DataTrace, followed by Superior Data Services (SDS), once again, as Sales Director. Since 2015, Joan has been the Sales Executive at TrackerPro LLC (Title Production Software). It’s a perfect “fit” based on her diverse career experiences within the lending and title insurance industries. She’s thrilled to have had so many wonderful opportunities and to call her clients and colleagues her friends. Joan lives in Huntington, NY and Delray Beach, FL and enthusiastically supports pet adoption/rescue, specifically Shepherds Hope Rescue, Inc. (NC).
John Hughes
John J. Hughes, Jr. is President and Owner of The Great American Title Agency, which is licensed in New York and New Jersey. He is also a practicing attorney admitted to the New York State Bar in 1980. John was previously President of Sleepy Hollow Bank until 2008. He is a member of the Westchester County, New York State and American Bar Associations. John is a graduate of Harvey School, Katonah, New York; Canterbury School, New Milford, Connecticut; Georgetown University, D.C., Boston College Law School, Newton, Massachusetts and attended New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. He lives with his wife, Anne, in Briarcliff Manor, N.Y. He has two adults sons, in addition to one son who sadly passed away. His avocations include reading, travel, language study, chess, skiing, squash, golf and swimming.
Marianne Mathieu
Marianne Mathieu, NTP, is an Agency Advisor to national agents with the FNF Family of Companies. Marianne is a 20+ year veteran in the real estate industry. She works with multi-state title insurance agencies in both the commercial and residential sectors. She is responsible for maximizing profitability and optimizing opportunities in technology, business relationships, market growth, and operational improvements to ensure her customers' long-term profitability. Marianne is an active member of several industry organizations. Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) New York chapter, where she served as a board member and executive officer. As a member of the New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA), she served on the executive committee and held several positions as an officer. In the American Land Title Association (ALTA), she is active on several committees and earned the National Title Professional designation in May 2013 and maintained the designation. Outside of the industry, Marianne volunteers with a no-kill cat rescue and adoption group.
Elise Udolf
Elise Udolf is Senior Underwriting Counsel for TGI Title Guarantee dba U.S. Land Title Services. She has had over 20 years of extensive experience in the title industry which is utilized in positions as Underwriting Counsel and Director of Operations for various agencies and underwriters. Elise received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA and her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, Boston, MA. She is admitted to practice in New York. She is also a licensed NY Title Agent and NY Notary Public. Elise is a member of the NYCBA Real Property Law Committee, NYSBA Real Property Title and Transfer subcommittee, and Westchester Bar Association. She is involved with her college alumni association and National Jewish Hospital Fundraising endeavors. Originally from CT, Elise currently resides in NYC, has three grown children and enjoys spending her leisure time skiing or on the golf course!
