Patrick Corbett to become Chief Executive Officer
SYRACUSE, NEW YORK, July 11, 2022 — Vanguard Research & Title Services, Inc. with
offices in Syracuse and Oswego, New York, is pleased to announce that Patrick Corbett,
currently Title Examiner at Vanguard Research & Title Services, Inc., has acquired the company
from Founder, Owner, and current CEO Ryan Thorpe.
Mr. Corbett has over a decade of experience in the research and title industry and as a sole
proprietor. He has been instrumental for Vanguard in creating the company’s compliance
program based on ALTA’s best practices, designing the GRC, “governance, risk and
compliance” structure, and most recently actively shaping the company’s title division.
