Extension of Period to Pay Property Taxes

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 202.96 dated February 26, 2021, and in accordance with  powers conferred pursuant to Section 925-a of the Real Property Tax Law, Governor  Cuomo has exercised his authority to extend by twenty-one days the period for paying,  without interest or penalty, property taxes that are due in the following localities: Town of  Bedford and Town of New Castle, Westchester County, New York.
