Purpose and duties:

Provide DEI education to membership to support diverse membership in NYSLTA and employment in member companies
Promote inclusion of diverse membership in NYSLTA
Outreach to underrepresented potential new members

What we’ve been up to in April, May and June:

The committee was created in March 2022 and has 13 committee members
We set the goals for the committee and the strategy for the convention
Toni Carlos, Esq. hosted a discussion on Implicit Bias at the June Executive Committee meeting
